Résumé: The Center for Pediatric Hematology and Oncology of Rabat child hospital were comparable with international reports for both DS-ALL and DS-AML. The prognosis for DS-AML patients was superior to non-DS patients, whereas the outcome for DS-ALL remained disappointing. Future studies are required to improve disease control and reduce treatment-related toxicity.
